We believe great oysters shouldn’t be hard to find, intimidating to prepare, or reserved for fancy restaurants. Whether you’re an oyster enthusiast, an entertainer looking to impress, or just oyster-curious — we’re here to make oysters simple, special, and fun.
Where We Started
Our story begins in the pristine waters of Franklin Harbour. Before Pacific Oyster Co., it wasn’t always easy to find consistently great oysters in Adelaide. Quality varied, shucking felt intimidating, and many people missed out on just how simple and special oysters can be. We knew there had to be a better way.
The Growing Regions
We work closely with growers from Franklin Harbour and across Eyre Peninsula to bring you oysters that are plump, sweet, and reliable. Strong tidal flows, nutrient-rich waters, and careful farming practices all contribute to the quality in every shell.
How We Bring Them to You
Ordering is simple: choose your oysters or Entertainer Box through our online store, select pick-up or delivery, and we handle the rest. With multiple markets and monthly home deliveries, you’re never far from your next oyster moment.
